Istria Home, an Online Travel Agency specializing in quality holiday homes and premium, luxury villas in Istria, wanted to revitalize their platform and enhance their conversion rates. Growzilla Agency was tasked with conducting an in-depth user experience evaluation and providing fractional product management support.

The primary challenge for Istria Home was to identify the user experience issues on their platform that were hindering optimal conversion rates. This required extensive UX research to uncover underlying issues. Additionally, the agency needed professional guidance in product management to streamline processes and devise a successful long-term growth strategy.

Our team dedicated over 100 hours to exhaustive UX Research, employing advanced techniques such as Eye Tracking and Usability Tests. Our goal was to gain a deep understanding of the user journey on Istria Home's platform, identifying potential barriers and opportunities for enhancement.

Following the research phase, we delivered our signature UX Blueprint. This detailed guide provided the internal teams at Istria Home with a clear direction for actionable improvements, reinforced by qualitative data science.

Alongside the research, Growzilla Agency extended fractional product management support. We prioritized outcomes, laid out development stories, and created a roadmap for the platform's sustained growth. With effective stakeholder communication, we ensured a unified vision and direction for the project.
